El Gobierno tomara las providencias del caso a fin de adoptar la finca que posee la Nación en el Municipio de Madrid (comprada al General Juan N. Valderrama) para establecer una Granja Modelo y fundar en ella la Escuela de Veterinaria de que trata la presente Ley. Mientras se hace tal adaptación se autoriza al Gobierno para tomar en arrendamiento los locales que sean necesarios a fin de que la Escuela comience a funcionar lo mas pronto posible.
