La Administración principal de las Salinas de Cundinamarca y las subalternas de ésta, se limitarán, en lo sucesivo, á vender las materias primas, esto es, la sal vijúa y el agua salada. En consecuencia, todo particular podrá comprar y elaborar por su cuenta tales materias primas.
