Cesión. El titular del permiso de que trata el presente decreto, podrá ceder el sus derechos y obligaciones, previa autorización de la autoridad ambiental competente que expidió el permiso, cuyo efecto será la cesión de los derechos y obligaciones que de ella se derivan.
