Art. 5.° Trenes ordinarios y expresos. I. Habrá dos trenes ordinarios todos los días, uno por la mañana y otro por la tarde que saldrán y regresarán á las horas fija las en el itinerario últimamente publicado. El Administrador del Ferrocarril, de acuerdo con el de la Aduana, podrá no obstante variar estas horas cuando á su juicio lo requiera el servicio: pero en este caso la alteración se anunciará con quince días de anticipación. II Cuando el Administrador del Ferrocarril lo juzgare conveniente, establecerá los trenes expresos que crea necesarios.
