Las pruebas y cursos a que se refiere la Ley 20 de 1960, se entienden para profesores de educación media, que carezcan de título profesional docente, expedido por una entidad de nivel universitario y que no estén comprendidos en la Ley 64 de 1974 y su Decreto reglamentario. Tales pruebas y cursos se harán de acuerdo con los requisitos fijados en el presente Decreto.
