Art 5.° El Poder Ejecutivo solicitará de la señora viuda de Rafael Núñez todos los documentos que reposen en su poder á fin de hacer más completa esta "Corona fúnebre."

Igual solicitud dirigirá á los Gobernadores del Departamento para que envíen al recopilador todas las publicaciones hechas en sus respectivos Departamentos referentes á la muerte del doctor. Rafael Núñez.
