Art 23° La fianza con la cual deberá asegurar su manejo el Administrador general de la renta en Buenaventura, será de tres mil pesos ($ 3.000), y la del Administrador subalterno en Tumaco, será de mil quinientos pesos ($ 1.500). Una y otra se prestarán a satisfacción del Gobernador del Departamento del Cauca.
