El Gobierno Nacional reglamentará la presente ley en el plazo máximo de 12 meses a partir de la vigencia de la presente ley y dará cumplimiento a las adecuaciones institucionales y medidas similares dispuestas para el cabal cumplimiento de los objetivos del Régimen Nacional Forestal.
