Las decisiones del Consejo Profesional de Transportes y Vías, sólo podrán ser recurridas mediante recurso de reposición interpuesto dentro de los cinco días siguientes debidamente sustentado, resuelto éste queda agotada la vía gubernativa y acudir el interesado al honorable Consejo de Estado de acuerdo al Decreto número uno (1) de 1984 o las normas que posteriormente se dicte en materia de acciones.
