Derechos Del Investigado

Ley 1768 de 2015 · por la cual se establece el procedimiento disciplinario que deberá seguirse para tramitar y decidir los asuntos disciplinarios que conoce el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Arquitectura y sus Profesiones Auxiliares.

Como sujeto procesal, el investigado tiene los siguientes derechos:

a)

Acceder a la investigación;

b)

Designar defensor;

c)

Ser oído en versión libre, en cualquier etapa de la actuación, hasta antes del fallo de primera instancia;

d)

Solicitar y aportar pruebas o controvertirlas, e intervenir en su práctica;

e)

Rendir descargos;

f)

Impugnar y sustentar las decisiones cuando hubiere lugar a ello;

g)

Obtener copias de la actuación;

h)

Presentar alegatos de conclusión antes del fallo de primera instancia.
