ARTICULO 3o. Patrimonio. - Para el cumplimiento de sus fines, TELECOM contará con patrimonio independiente, que estará constituido por todos los bienes, acciones, utilidades no distribuidos o rendimientos de sus propios bienes, los productos que recaude por la prestación de los servicios a su cargo, las donaciones que reciba, y en general, por todos los derechos de los cuales sea titular y los bienes y recursos que reciba a cualquier título. En ningún caso se podrá destinar el patrimonio para fines diferentes a los contemplados en este Decreto o en sus estatutos.
