º. Si del dictamen uniforme de dos de los peritos apareciere que se cumplen las condiciones establecidas en el artículo anterior, se reconocerá al empleado el derecho de recibir medio sueldo durante el tiempo de la incapacidad. En caso contrario se archivará el expediente y no habrá lugar a nuevo examen pericial.
