Artículo decimotercero. Los funcionarios públicos que permitan la realización de rifas prohibidas o sin la autorización correspondiente de que trata este Decreto, se sancionarán por el Presidente de la República, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el Artículo 68, numeral 18 de la Ley 4ª de 1913 y en las normas que lo modifican o adicionan.
