En el evento que puedan concluirse las actividades propias de la liquidación antes del término señalado en el artículo 1° del presente decreto, el Liquidador del Fondo Nacional de Regalías, podrá expedir el acto administrativo de liquidación por el cual se pondrá fin a la existencia jurídica de dicho Fondo.
