° La compilacion de las disposiciones vijentes sobre servicio del ramo telegráfico, ordenada por el decreto a que el presente se refiere, podrá practicarse por el Director jeneral de Correos dentro de los primeros tres meses del año económico entrante, en atencion a los multiplicadas ocupaciones de la Direccion al terminar el año fiscal en curso.
