ARTICULO 13. Oficina Jurídica. Son funciones de la Oficina Jurídica, además de las señaladas por el artículo 17 del Decreto Extraordinario 1050 de 1968, las siguientes. Asistir y asesorar al Despacho del Ministro y demás dependencias, en el trámite y desarrollo de todos los asuntos de carácter jurídico y contractual. Conocer de las demandas contra el ministerio en aquellos asuntos no asignados a la Oficina de Control Interno. Tramitar y proyectar para la firma del Ministro, todos los actos relativos a indultos, amnistías y extradiciones de extranjeros de conformidad con la legislación vigente. Las demás funciones que le sean asignadas y que correspondan a la naturaleza de la dependencia.
