El Miembro del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria Nacional, suspendido en el ejercicio de sus funciones, no podrá usar los uniformes, insignias ni distintivos que se le hubieren entregado para el servicio. En caso de retiro deberá entregarlos al almacén general del comando de vigilancia o del establecimiento carcelario al cual estaba adscrito.
