El presente Decreto regirá 30 días comunes después de la última comunicación entre las Repúblicas de Colombia y Costa Rica, a través de la cual se informe el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales internos que correspondan para la entrada en vigor de la Decisión número 11 suscrita el 30 de noviembre de 2017.
