° Los sueldos de los Cónsules de la República, serán como sigue:

Los Cónsules en Méjico y en Bruselas sólo tendrán $ 300 el primero y $ 280 el segundo, para útiles de escritorio anualmente.

Parágrafo

Destínase la suma de cinco mil pesos anuales, que el Gobierno podrá repartir entre los Cónsules de Venezuela, Ecuador y las Repúblicas de Centro América, para los gastos que ocasione la repatriación de colombianos pobres, residentes en aquellas Repúblicas.
