La composición y funciones de la Comisión de Personal y del Comité de Coordinación del Sistema de Control Interno se regirán por las disposiciones legales vigentes y reglamentarias aplicables a cada una de ellos. El Rector del Instituto Nacional de Formación Técnica Profesional de San Andes y Providencia, podrá crear comités permanentes o transitorios especiales para el estudio, análisis y asesoría en temas alusivos a la institución.
