Excepción a los artículos anteriores. No obstante lo dispuesto en los artículos 110 y 111 de este estatuto, el Gobierno y los Comandos de Fuerza podrán mantener en servicio activo a aquellos Oficiales y Suboficiales que por sus calificaciones lo merezcan y cuando sus capacidades puedan ser aprovechas en determinadas actividades militares. Cuando se trate de Oficiales, se requerirán concepto favorable de la Junta Asesora del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.
