Supresión de empleos. El Gobierno Nacional dentro del término establecido para adoptar las nuevas Plantas de Personal, suprimirá los empleos o cargos desempeñados por empleados públicos, que no fueren necesarios, de conformidad con las reorganizaciones dispuestas en el presente Decreto, de acuerdo con el Programa de Supresión de Empleos que para tal efecto éste establezca.
