ARTICULO 44. Los vehículos necesarios para servir las rutas y/o frecuencias de despacho o áreas de operación de una empresa de transporte público colectivo municipal de pasajeros o mixto cancelada y que hayan sido adjudicadas a otra, deberán provenir en un ochenta por ciento (80%) como mínimo de la empresa cancelada.
