El literal e) del artículo 6º del Decreto 673 de 1994 quedará así: "e) El valor de las inversiones de capital y en bonos obligatoriamente convertibles en acciones, incluyendo su ajuste de cambios y sin incluir sus valorizaciones, en entidades financieras del exterior en las cuales la participación directa o indirecta sea o exceda del veinte por ciento (20%) del capital y se trate de entidades respecto de las cuales no haya lugar a consolidación".
