Article 4

º Se Entiende Por Comisión De Garantía El Costo Que El Beneficiario Deberá Pagar A Favor Del Fondo Por La Utilización Del Certificado De Garantía, Conforme A Las Disposiciones Que Para Tal Efecto Dicte La Junta Monetaria

º Se entiende por comisión de garantía el costo que el beneficiario deberá pagar a favor del Fondo por la utilización del certificado de garantía, conforme a las disposiciones que para tal efecto dicte la Junta Monetaria.

Parágrafo

El pago oportuno de la comisión será requisito para la efectividad del certificado de garantía. En caso de que éste no se efectúe por parte del beneficiario, podrá hacerlo en su nombre el intermediario financiero quien se subrogará en tales derechos.
