º Establécese en la capital de la República, desde el 15 del presente mes, una Escuela Superior de Operadores de Telégrafos y Teléfonos Inalámbricos, con un personal de treinta alumnos, de los cuales diez serán becados por el Gobierno, diez designados por el Ministerio de Guerra, del contingente militar, y diez del personal de Telegrafistas en servicio, designados por turnos por el Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos.
