Valdrá en los Territorios el testamento escrito, otorgado en cualquiera de los Estados o en pais estranjero, si por lo tocante a las solemnidades, se hiciere constar su conformidad a las leyes del pais o Estado en que se otorgó, i si además se porbare la autenticidad del instrumento respectivo en la forma ordinaria.
