° Los Agentes del S. I. C. rendirán sus informes bajo la gravedad del juramento, sin que sea necesaria su ratificación posterior, y no serán sometidos a careos con las personas a quienes formulen cargos. La fuerza probatoria de la prueba documental que constituyen tales informes, será de libre apreciación por parte de los Jueces, respecto de los hechos o circunstancias que los informantes hayan conocido por declaración de terceros o que sean deducidos por, apreciación personal.
