Reformase el artículo 23 de la Ley 71 de 1915 , así:
La viuda y los hijos legítimos menores de edad de los Oficiales que fallezcan en acción de guerra o en expediciones armadas, tendrá derecho a la pensión que hubiere correspondido al Oficial en el caso del inciso 1° el artículo 11 de esta Ley. Dicha pensión se distribuirá a prorrata entre los mismos.
