Régimen Sancionatorio. Corresponde al INVIMA aplicar las sanciones por las infracciones a las normas sanitarias cometidas por parte de los productores, importadores, exportadores, comercializadores y expendedores.

Parágrafo

Las sanciones de que trata el presente artículo deberán sujetarse estrictamente a lo dispuesto en el artículo 577 de la Ley 9 de 1979 y contra ellas procederán los recursos de ley contenidos en el Código Contencioso Administrativo. CAPITULO VII. Relaciones con otras entidades
