Al inicio del tercer año de funcionamiento de un Programa de Derecho, la institución deberá cumplir las siguientes exigencias: a). Aumentar la biblioteca por lo menos a tres mil títulos dentro de las condiciones señaladas en el ordinal f) del artículo 5°. b). Organizar un "Centro de Investigaciones Jurídicas, Políticas y Sociales", que ofrezca condiciones idóneas para el ejercicio de la investigación. c). Iniciar la docencia de las materias optativas. d). Establecer una Sección de Publicaciones cuya organización garantice la oportuna edición de textos de enseñanza jurídica. e). Demostrar que desde el primer año de labores abrió los libros y archivos indicados por el ICFES para efectos de estadística y control.
