Desde el momento de ser notificados de la designación, aun cuando las audiencias ya hubieren concluido, los jurados no podrán tener conversación de ninguna naturaleza con persona alguna sobre el juicio en que les correspondiere o hubiere correspondido intervenir como jueces. La violación de lo anterior hará incurrir al responsable en el delito de prevaricato, sea cualquiera la clase de conversación o comentario, o la finalidad que se hubiere propuesto.
