- ADMINISTRACION. Los dineros que los Municipios apropien dentro de sus presupuestos con destino al Fondo que se crea mediante la presente Ley, serán administrados por la correspondiente Junta Municipal de Deportes.

Parágrafo

El Director Ejecutivo o quien hiciere sus veces y el Tesorero de la Junta Municipal de Deportes, para el manejo y administración de los dineros de que trata esta Ley {Ley 9a. de 1991},presentarán fianzas y demás exigencias de tipo fiscal que rijan en el respectivo municipio (Ley 19 de 1991, art. 6).
