º. Los Jueces de Instrucción Criminal podrán ser comisionados para el perfeccionamiento de los sumarios instruidos por ellos mismos. Respecto de otra clase de sumarios se requiere que el funcionario o la entidad comitentes obtenga previamente la autorización del Ministerio de Gobierno, del Procurador General de la Nación o del respectivo Gobernador, Intendente o Comisario.
