Declárase vigente para la República de Colombia, desde el 22 de agosto de 1975, el "Convenio Cultural Entre la República de Colombia y la República del Ecuador", suscrito en Quito el 20 de mayo de 1971, aprobado por la Ley 49 de 1973 y efectuado el Canje de los Instrumentos de Ratificación el 22 de agosto de 1975.
