Funciones de las Divisiones de Transporte y Telecomunicaciones.- Las Divisiones de Transporte y Telecomunicaciones, continuarán ejerciendo las funciones que le otorgan los artículos 27 y 30 del Decreto 2410 de 1989, con excepción de las asignadas a la División de Política y Apoyo a la Descentralización por el presente Decreto.
