El Patrimonio Autónomo de Remanentes del Instituto de Seguros Sociales Liquidado (PAR ISS) transferirá a CISA los inmuebles a su cargo que luego de agotado su proceso de comercialización no hayan sido enajenados, para que CISA los transfiera a título gratuito a otras entidades públicas o los comercialice.
