Los Alcaldes De Los Municipios Formarán En Los Dos Últimos Meses De Cada Año Un Registro O Lista, Por Orden Numérico, De Todos Los Individuos Sujetos Al Servicio Militar Obligatorio Que Cumplan Durante El Año Veinte Años De Edad

º Los Alcaldes de los Municipios formarán en los dos últimos meses de cada año un registro o lista, por orden numérico, de todos los individuos sujetos al servicio militar obligatorio que cumplan durante el año veinte años de edad. con el fin de sortear entre ellos el número proporcional para completar la parte del pie de fuerza que debe renovarse en el país.

Parágrafo

El registro o lista de los individuos de veinte años de edad servirá de base a los Alcaldes para la estadística de los que deben entrar en el inmediato sorteo.
