Artículo primero. Apruébase el Acuerdo número 35 de 1975, emanado de la Junta Directiva del Hospital Antituberculoso Santa Clara de Bogotá y cuyo texto es el siguiente: ACUERDO NUMERO 35 DE 1975 (diciembre 17) por el cual se promueven unos cargos de la Planta de Personal establecida por Acuerdo número 8 de 1975 y aprobado por Decreto número 970 del mismo año. La Junta Directiva del Hospital Antituberculoso "Santa Clara" de Bogotá, en uso de sus atribuciones legales y estatutarias, acuerda:
