Son comisiones reglamentarias las siguientes: 1° Comisión de Presupuesto y Hacienda; 2° Comisión de Gobierno y Obras Públicas: 3° Comisión de Educación, Higiene, Asistencia Social y Protección Indígena, y 4° Comisión de Asuntos Varios.
Parágrafo
Todas las Comisiones a que se refiere este artículo serán políticamente paritarias y estarán compuestas por cuatro (4) Consejeros, elegidos por votación; Cada Comisión tendrá su Presidente y Vicepresidente elegido por ella, guardando la paridad en el conjunto.
