Decreto 617 de 1981 · Por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente el Título V de la Ley 9° de 1979, en cuanto a producción, procesamiento, transporte y comercialización de la leche

Los envases para leche entera cruda deberán ser de material desechable e inviolable y llevarán una leyenda de caracteres visibles que diga: "Leche entera cruda -manténgase refrigerada- hiérvase antes de su consumo": Se indicará igualmente el nombre comercial del producto o del hato de procedencia. indicando el número de la licencia sanitaria, la cantidad del producto expresada en centímetros cúbicos y la fecha correspondiente al día del envase, el cual sólo podrá hacerse dentro de las 24 horas siguientes a la del ordeño, siempre y cuando la leche se huya mantenido a una temperatura inferior a 10ºC.

Parágrafo

La leche a que se refiere el presente articulo no podrá destinarse para su expendio o entrega al consumidor después de la fecha de envase.
