A partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley, no se podrá conceder licencia para el ejercicio de la homeopatía, sino a las personas que obtengan un titulo en una institución o Facultad cuyo pensum haya sido aprobado por el Poder Ejecutivo y cuyo funcionamiento esté permanentemente vigilado por representantes del Gobierno. El Poder Ejecutivo determinará los elementos que deba tener la institución o Facultad y las materias que deban constituir el pensum a que se refiere este artículo.
