Todas las corporaciones electorales tienen la obligación de dar hasta cinco copias de las actas de los escrutinios que verifiquen a los ciudadanos que las soliciten.

Estas copias, debidamente autenticadas, se admitirán como pruebas en los juicios de nulidad que se intentaren.
