Art. 32. Es absolutamente prohibido á todos los empleados del ramo de Salinas negociar en sal. Los que infrinjan este precepto serán suspendidos inmediatamente por el Administrador, Inspector ó superior respectivo ó por el Gobernador departamental, y depuestos de sus destinos por el Poder Ejecutivo.
