º. Modificar los artículos 75 del Decreto 1553 de 1998, 55 del Decreto 1554 de 1998, 81 del Decreto 1556 de 1998, 84 del Decreto 1557 de 1998 y 86 del Decreto 1558 de 1998 en el sentido de ampliar hasta el 6 de febrero del año 2001 el término en estos previsto para que las empresas prestadoras del servicio público de transporte terrestre se acojan a lo dispuesto en estos reglamentos.
