El alumno que al repetir un Curso perdiere hasta dos (2) materias, tendrá derecho a la habilitación en las condiciones fijadas en el artículo 86 de este Decreto. Si perdiere más de dos materias, perderá en forma definitiva dicho Curso, sucediendo lo mismo en caso de perder materias en la habilitación.
