Facultase al Gobierno para pagar en bonos colombianos de deuda interna, a los Departamentos de Santander y Norte de Santander, el saldo de la suma de noventa y tres mil ochocientos treinta y tres pesos veinticinco centavos ($ 93,833-25), reconocida en virtud de la Ley 24 de 1915 en los contratos de fecha 5 de enero y 5 de mayo del corriente año, que no se haya cubierto en moneda corriente a la expedición de la presente Ley, si así lo solicitaren los Departamentos mencionados.
