º. El pasaporte ordinario tendrá una vigencia de diez (10) años, contados a partir de la fecha de su expedición.

Parágrafo

La vigencia de diez (10) años de los pasaportes ordinarios se entenderá para aquellos que se expidan a partir de la fecha de publicación del Decreto 2150 de 1995. CAPITULO III Pasaporte fronterizo
