Las ternas de candidatos a que se refiere este Decreto, deberán ser remitidas al Jefe del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas a más tardar treinta (30) días calendario antes de la fecha de iniciación del período correspondiente. Si no fueren recibidas oportunamente, el Jefe del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas hará la escogencia provisionalmente hasta tanto se realice en forma definitiva.
