Terminado el escrutinio, el Registrador Distrital o Municipal deberá conducir sin tardanza, bajo su responsabilidad, las actas del escrutinio y demás documentos electorales, y entregarlos contra recibo a los delegados del Registrador Nacional en las oficinas de la Delegación Departamental del Estado Civil, para que sean introducidos por los claveros en el arca triclave departamental.
